With more than 30 years of experience as a military contractor, Kevin is considered an expert in Government relocation process and procedure. A longtime resident of Northwest Florida, Kevin has helped numerous families relocate to the area and find their dream home. After the devastation caused by Hurricane Michael in 2018, Kevin worked tirelessly, helping the communities rebuild by pairing residents with qualified area contractors. Kevin has strong ties to Tyndall AFB, which is expected to spend around $5B in the next 7 years rebuilding and updating the base to 21st century standards. This will require over 3000 specialized contractors and will accommodate several thousand new permanent USAF personnel, civilian employees and government contractors.
